As most of you, vocal is not a constant in this playlist, as I have been always been more a instrumental kind of guy.
Surprisingly, during the last week I have been struggling against my own thoughts of when its all right to listen only instrumental, and when you can allow a voice to interrupt the work of other instruments.

Don't get me wrong, is not that I dislike vocals. My favorite music group has their own vocalist, and I don't dislike it that much. But anyway, when it comes to Touhou I'm quite selective on this, at least on the metal genre. Sure, there are great vocals on Touhou music, I have to accept that. Silver Forest, SYNC ART'S, Sound Holic and many other circles enjoy of an excellent geat vocal work, but when it comes to Touhou and Metal, I demand absolutely perfection on vocals. Perhaps because I enjoy metal or rock out of any other genre, but I think that on this genre everything works like a delicate equilibrium, when if one instrument breaks it, the whole song collapses.

But anyway, I have been lately thinking, when the most simply things end up beign very incredible art?
Sure, we have IKUTO and his 7 strings of doom, Taka and the drop tuning of dead, and the complex rythms and amaising solos of Tokunan. But what happens if we seek for simplicity? Is there something there for us? Something incredible I have been missing?

Well, once again a vocal song came to slap me on my cheek, as this song you are hearing is one gorgeous thing I have heard. While I won't call it metal since it obviously lacks from the few standard to qualify like it, this rock piece is incredibly well done. The keyboards and the strings are enough to melt your heart, and the discrete, but important rhythm guitar backing up the bassline is something, simple, but that makes this song perfect. Let alone the vocals, TERRA, member of Mintjam does an splendid job, and I'm confident enough to say this is perhaps one good example of my demand when it comes to vocals.

This song fills my heart and my spirit with energy. Is like, if something was telling me to fly, and escape from all the chains that I have attached to me. The sensation of freedom, the wind on your face, the warm in your heart, the chill on your mind.
Go and fly little angel, you can reach it, just keep flying and don't look back. Flee from your madness, to the boundaries of heaven, beyond the stars and reach what you are seeking.

Life doesn't need to be complicated does it? Sometimes we create ourselves a whole sphere of problems around us, and things are more simpler than they look. Sometimes I get scared, that a simpler life means one boring and wrong way to live, but what I have found today, is that simpler doesn't mean boring, or bad. Perhaps, we can enjoy simplicity.

Thanks for watching.
