| Description | Edit: Finally got the results of my appeals from youtube and miraculously they have decided to cancel two Community Guidelines strikes they gave me so other than one copyright strike which will be expiring probably within two weeks everything is going alright on my side thanks to support, encouragement and prayers that my dear subscribers shared with me. So that means I am going to resume uploading soon again, rejoice Ｏ(≧∇≦)Ｏ Well yeah it happened again. I have got my second Community Guidelines from youtube and if I get one more strike then this channel will be terminated. You will ask if I did something that would violate youtube laws or rules? No I didn't do anything. As I mentioned on my feedback message on my main channel it's just that there are group of haters and trolls who is flagging my videos and due to these massive flagging by those people they manage to give me my second strike so here is the proof if you guys don't believe me http://nazr.in/dAS The picture I was used in this video isn't even rated r18 on the pixiv and danbooru which is completely safe picture so don't get confused due to r18. Because my subscribers immediatelly flags my videos when I upload something with content like that I mean when I use ecchi pictures in my videos. I didn't mean to offend conservative christian community and this censorship really makes me sad since we are living in modern time. So I am really sorry for using this kind of images which would offend any religious or other kind of conservative minded people who wants to protect their children from impure things in this corrupted yet beautiful world. They gave me reasoning why they are flagging my videos so I am just going to directly quote this: "no trolling whatsoever. i go through many folks channels looking for some good touhou sounds and its really a bummer that i have to be subject to such filth. i wish there was a way to just listen to the music and block the images. as far as your R-18 tag, thats nice and all but it doesnt stop the images from appearing in searches and video suggestions. plus after going through your entire collection you have tons of uploads that should have this tag but don't. but whatever, i'm sure you dont care. just know that all your smut pics have been flagged." I don't know how to respond this kind of mentality but they might be representing justice and they might think that they are right in their little yet vast world. What's funny that they are thinking what Komachi wears is againist the rules of humanity and they don't even know that that's the traditional outfit she is usually wears. That's such a sad and shame in my opinion by indulging their minds in this kind of thinking. So what I am going to do now? Of course I am depressed and sad at the moment. My channel is going to get terminated for nothing, due to massive troll or haters flagment. All of my efforts are going to get snatched by me, providing my favorite music to other people just like me and I just wanted to give happiness to people who watches my videos. I didn't mean to offend anyone. I also didn't do anything wrong that would make other people hate me. But if I did something wrong in the past or if my actions offended anyone then I am sorry for being selfish and acting like a idiotic person. If I get one more strike again then it's game over for me. I am really happy if my efforts made at least little amount of people happy. I know that I am almost reaching 5k subscriber base yet not getting any response makes me really sad. Only little amount of people like +30 people shares their concerns with me when something like this happen. I wish my other subscribers were also supported me and that would made me really happy to see that people subscrubed my channel for nothing. Anyways I already appealed my flagged videos and I am waiting answer from youtube now. Let's pray that they cancel their decision and restore those deleted videos back again. I wrote something like this in my appeals when this happened again last time and it somehow miraculously worked but I am not sure they would buy the same bait or same reason twice so here is what I wrote in my appeal "This video doesn't violate Community Guidelines. There is no explicit, nude and pornographic content. It's music video made for artistic purpose so it should be age-restricted rather than removed." *(edited paragraph) its about using whether I should use blank or album art on my future videos but I made poll about it http://strawpoll.me/1139491 it will end 14.02.2014* ps: I will back into business again if youtube restores my videos again so I am waiting result of my appeal atm. Lastly please tell me should I use blank pictures or album cover arts in my future videos? Because sure people are dont like my picture choices so I am wondering if it's alright to change my style like that. Yeah using blank pictures in order to protest those people would be really good idea but that also mean my loyal sub base would be dissapointed so I want to ask permission from those people if it's alright to change my style. There is character limit so that's it from me.
