I am not fan of denpa and cute vocals but there is something about this arrange that is magically affecting my mind. Her voice is yeah so cute and I think I have also heard her before in C-CLAYS Kancolle arrange album (this song by the way "駆逐艦のうた"). So yeah this is actually catchy arrange if you listen it more than two or three times.
