I think I have stated before that Cirno's theme was one of the first melodies that made me listen to more Touhou songs.
The melody itself is really gorgeous, and it simply speaks to you. I actually remember dreaming about this song, cause it has such an impact on me I actually woke up that night and started to play it on my guitar. Besides, am I the only one that feels the music of "Embodiment of Scarlet Devil" has some special charm none of the others Window games have?

Everytime I listen to the original EoSD song it gives me this "90's" sound, full of charm and nostalgia from games and anime of that album. I don't know how to explain it, but EoSD soundtracks feels kind of warm, and by any means I consider one of the flags of ZUN music. It is no secret by now that some of my favorite touhou music is from the PC-98 era (my favorite ZUN song is from there), but If I had to pick 1 set of music to let people know the name "ZUN" it would be without a doubt the soundtrack of EoSD.

Please note I am not saying the others soundtrack are bad. In fact, PcB soundtrack I consider it a beautiful work, so does the soundtrack of any other game. But EoSD has that particular charm, that articular taste, and that particular sound that makes me want go back to the "90's"

Talking about flags, it's incredibly the quantity of neo classical there is reletead to Touhou work? Without a doubt, any fan of Touhou music knows that IRON ATTACK! is the master at this art, but I think any news now that lately many people found IRON ATTACK song's to be "bland" or "equal". Yeah it's true, but I found the neo classical works the same way, I can't stand more than 3 songs, because everything will sound minor or diminished in the key of Db. But Neo Classical is like a very strong sweet. You can enjoy it for a couple of moments, and you will feel that your life has fulfilled it's purpose, but don't you dare to eat another one, cause you will end sick of the taste of it.

Bach makes an excellent job here. Blending both the sound of Neo Classical without leaving the charm of the original song.
An excellent song from the Neo Classical kingdom. So good, that for me this song puts THOUSAND LEAVES on top of IRON ATTACK!. If they only would stop making those vocal arranges....

Foolishness is the lack of wisdom. In this sense it differs from stupidity, which is the lack of intelligence. An act of foolishness is sometimes referred to as a folly.

Foolishness and wisdom are contrasted in Paul's letter to the Corinthians. He condemns intellectual arrogance and advocates a humble attitude of foolishness in which it is then possible to learn. Plato likewise said, "He is the wisest man who knows himself to be ill-equipped for the study of wisdom" but Paul makes a distinction between wisdom and the reason of the Greeks.

Thanks for watching.
