Hooray, first main menu theme to hit these shores.

In all honesty, I wasn't even too propelled into kick this one up, but since it's such a ditty small piece of song, I might as well make it some sort of pseudo-double update, I suppose. More like an intro to the real update. Actually, that's really all there's to it.
I would've loved them to stretch the track a bit more, milk some more minutes out of it, as it's actually really pleasant. This is what kota-rock does, pleasant rock. You can clearly tell apart a plethora of instruments and synth fooling, which contributes a lot to the vibe Kotaro conveys over.
I will paint myself clueless in front of you regarding these main menu themes... In fact, I'm pretty positive I must've skewed through some without even noticing, and that's where we hit the issue: My clumsy little head of mine can't distinguish between different main menu themes, sue me.

Moving on. Yamame makes her introduction in my channel Kota-rocK style. Firstly, I ask you to cut me some slack to the light of my exhaustion... Home from a full day of school and very little sleep, a guy doesn't really know what he rambles on in these times, am I right?
Diggin the whole frickin track, although I've got to say I really like the way it routes after around 3:05... It's as if it jumps into a more latin intake washamacoly thing... And from there on, it just gets sweeter and sweeter.
The piano-fu is absolute bliss and truly where kota-rock excels if you ask me (always loved their piano segments), although the guitars and the rest of the instruments drive along really nicely too.

Lastly, lemme just show some love here for our spider lady! I've always had a tendency to dig characters related to illnesses and poison and related powers... It's just a really seducting premise overall. Oh well, that's how I feel it, anyways.

Also, before somebody rages on lack of Kisume in the visual part, I opted out of that situation because really, I can't bring myself down to relate Kisume to like anything, let alone latin vibes. However, if you look at Yamame's dress, it looks like some sort of waltzy-inspired, victorian-styled outfit, nee?
Don't worry, I'll make sure to redeem myself from this one later!

Before I go, might as well mention this is like, nearly half an album. There's only 5 tracks, which is mildly disappointing. I suppose that means no filler shovelware, though.
Final veredict: Nothing ground-breaking, but a nice little listen.
