Mitori is the half-kappa boss of the fanmade phantasm stage of Subterranean Animism. She's supposedly the half-sister of Nitori (hence the name) and she has the ability to prohibit everything and anything... Which is kinda scary if you're Lawful Good. Fortunately, there isn't much Lawful Good characters in Gensokyo ! I havn't played Subterranean Hatred myself, but the music is pretty neat.
