LET'S LEARN MORE ABOUT KANCOLLE CHARACTERS \o/ Fusou is the lead ship of the Fusou-class battleships in Kantai Collection. The few features that distinguishes her from her sister ship, Yamashiro which is her sister, is her long black hair and the hair ornament is on the left side of her head. Yamashiro also has short black hair and the hair ornament is on the right side of her head. The Fusou-class ship girls wears a miko-like outfit with detached sleeves, a hair ornament resembling the class' massive pagoda mast as well as massive ordnance on their back. Yamashiro has a sister complex toward her older sister, Fusou. As noted in her lines, she cares more for Fusou than the admiral. Her name is after Yamashiro province (southern part of today's Kyoto prefecture) and it literally means "Mountain castle". Fusou is also constantly sighing and lament of how unlucky she is. After all both sisters are member of the Unlucky Sisters. Howeever Taihou is most unlucky. Both Fusou and Yamashiro sport a hair ornament that resembles a Pagoda Mast, the Fusou-class were widely known for their large Pagoda Masts that stood 40 meters above the waterline.
