Actually some of you guys might flame me for not inserting the most insane song in Touhou in this compilation (ack... Flandre don't look at me like that), but you see Remilia was one of the first Touhou characters I actually saw, and one of the first one that interested me so much, don't ask me why, maybe it was because of that vampire daughter of Dracula image she has, I like pimp characters best, whether she's lying trough her teeth or not doesn't really matter for me. I'll also explain why I like Septette for the Dead Princess so much, you see, I consider it a very progressive song, I love how it starts, with that... creepy feeling, enhanced by the drums and the low tune, it then picks up to that "latin jazz" kind of feeling it has and finally it ends with my favorite part of the song, actually I've seen a lot of arranges that leave out the last part, and that's why I consider some of them "mediocre". Kudos to Rei for adding it, for those who wonder what the "last part" that I'm talking about is in this arrange, it's at 4:21. Since I didn't say so in that China arrange I'll say so now, the album is full of piano goodness, these guys, although new to the business Rei is excellent at it (notice the slight Lunar Dial reference at 2:21?), if you go and check out their site you'll see he has only released 2 albums, one original and this one we are listening to. A curious fact: It is quite coincidental that Remilia's appearance was in the 6th Touhou game. She is the Stage 6 boss, and the player will fight through 6 spell cards on that stage on any playable difficulty (Remilia has 5 spell cards total and Sakuya has 1 on that stage).
