This particular piece is the instrumental version on one of Halozy's older works, mainly いつか降る雨、桜 (Itsuka Furu Ame, Sakura) from the album "Crescendo Planet", which was released on Comiket 76. With that said, I recommend giving the vocalized version a listen as well.
