As one wise man said once "Better late than never".
After some rush uploads, and summoning the powers from the youkai of gaps, most of the what was used to be the old channel is back online for your delight. Now the only things to do before hitting 200 (again) is to fill some spots I'll would like to replace. After reviewing some of the songs, I noticed they didn't really had that much potential or the quality I use to ask on arranges.

However, fear not! As I have been saving some special songs I want to share with you since time ago. Perahaps the best thing to start with is the first album made by Onocha released back on the C79.

You perhaps remeber Onotchi from #130, an incredible arrange from Utusho's Nuclear Fusion. He blasted us with his pwoerful distortion, loud bass and a really decent quality in musical arrange. He blent the original song with powerful riffs, without taking too much of its original, but adding it much of his spice to drive it into his own song. Also, he was the first one that included sirens on a metal arrange of Utsuho (don't ask me why no one else thought about it before).

Well, this album now released by himself in his own circle delivers more of this.
As soon as I seen he was about to arrange "Heian Alien" I couldn't hide my excitement and stop laughing in an evil kind of way. As promised, the arrange is beyond this world. Not only the musical quality has improved, but also the EQ behind it is very close to my taste. Everything listens in place, loud bass to support heavy riffs, drums all around your ears without beign too loud, and the guitars mixed incredibly well with the rest of the instruments. All of this creates a delicious piece of delicate music. The best part of all? "Heian Alien" isn't the only song that holds this quality, "Necrofantasia", "Nuclear Fusion" (re-arranged) and "Greenwich" are also included in this album! What more could we ask?

Actually, perhaps there is something more it could be added, and please not I'm saying "could" and not "should", because the album is close to perfection as the way it is now. I can't avoid to feel that there is some parts that could use some nice keybaords. Just a couple of strings here and there that help the main riffage to build up. But it should be added with careful though, too much of them and It could become a bit of a "mess" like Setsuna from Kokuyasu tends to do (reffer to #168 to listen what I'm trying to point here. It's a great song, don't take me wrong, but in some parts it feels like a chaos has invaded Gensyoko). Still, Setsuna and Onotchi work on different styles, and I have to agree that Setsuna genre demmands the use of keyboards, while Onotchi can survive without them perfectly.

"Heian Alien", one of those songs that caused some controversy at first, now it seems to be one favorite among arrangers, and without a doubt one of my favorite songs. To be honest I haven't herd a single metal arrange that doesn't make this song justice, and while arrangers have to be credited by that, so does ZUN. I think "Heian Alien" holds a great potential within it, and everytime I listen to the main tune, I cannot think of something more "undefined".

It's been a long time right? It sure feels good to write this walls like I used to do.
We are close to 200 guys, bare with me for a little longer.

Thanks for watching.
