It is an vocal and instrumental album featuring arrangements from Story of Eastern Wonderland, Phantasmagoria of Dim.Dream, Lotus Land Story, Embodiment of Scarlet Devil, Perfect Cherry Blossom, Immaterial and Missing Power, Imperishable Night, Phantasmagoria of Flower View, Mountain of Faith, Subterranean Animism, Undefined Fantastic Object, Dolls in Pseudo Paradise, Ghostly Field Club, Changeability of Strange Dream, Perfect Memento in Strict Sense, The Grimoire of Marisa and Shuusou Gyoku. It is a collaboration with the comic circles Iyokan and Surrounded by Enemies, who produced an illustrated light novel, while TUMENECO and many other circles provided music to go with it. It is a 2-disc album: the first disc is vocal arrangements only, whereas disc 2 has both karaoke or otherwise instrumental arrangements of songs from disc 1 and new ones. The official website lists the subtitle to be utsutsu no yume, meaning "dream of reality". Tracks 1 and 12 from disc 1 are named after both the album titles.
