Unfortunately for you I am back again mwahah (ヾ(´･ω･｀) After exchanging many mails with the person who gave me my second strike, he decided to cancel his copyright claim from my youtube channel. So the good news is that I have now one copyright strike which also will be expiring next month, around February 14 or 15 then my account will be crystal clear without having any copyright strike which really makes me happy and excited. But the problem is that the one who gave me my second strike gave me some conditions, he said that it's not good to upload anything to youtube without getting permission from doujin circles which is their legal right and with these words I also agree with him. But there are popular circles whose works also shared by many fans in either youtube or niconicodouga so from now on I am going to focus on uploading their works on my channel. I don't want to upload anything new, especially from new circles because you don't know if they want their works to be watched by oversea fans like us so they usually ending up removing their videos from youtube. I also made many of my videos private as you might have noticed. I am going to leave them some of them still private video to public view until I also got rid of my first copyright strike which will be expiring in the next month as I said. I might also delete some of my kancolle videos from my channel. I don't want to mention this doujin circle name due to copyright ID so I am going to put it like this everytime even though it's pain in the ass to read it but the guy who gave me my second strike also said that he is friends with other doujin circles whose works are uploaded by me. He also said that and gave me this condition that if I remove his friend's works from my channel he said he is going to cancel his copyrighht strike so that's why he canceled his strike from my channel after I made so many videos are private. I really don't know what is the name of these doujin circles that is friend with this guy but when I said please give me the name of your friend's name he said he didn't want to gave because if he gave then I would later upload more works from these guys which is a bit selfish request from me. Because I have respect to these circles who works hard to make to produce music and as we are freeloaders from oversea we are stepping on their legal rights by uploading their works on youtube like this. But at least they should give us notice beforehand before taking action on our channel. It would be really nice youtube also changes it's copyright rules. So many channels got terminated due to this corrupted and unfair laws so at least what I am asking from them is simple request; before removing their videos from youtube, youtube should give us automatic notice beforehand and gave us some time to remove the work from our channel. If we don't remove then youtube removes these videos from our channel automatically and gives us our first copyright strike and if we upload more from this, for example doujin circle again then youtube proceeds to termination of our channel without giving second strike. Because as we already know if someone gives us a strike we are not going to uplaod from this circle anymore since they don't want it so I guess it's plausible idea to make some adjustments on copyright rules like this. There are also some understanding doujin circles who also contacts you via private message and tells you to delete their works from youtube. They can also do something like this even though it's pain in the ass for them to do something like that everytime so it should be automated like this like I mentioned above and youtube should make necessary arrangements like this in the future so everyone would be happy. Anyways sorry for the long rant. I might start to upload slowly again but I am also sick due to infetious weather around these days in my hometown. Also thanks for the all support and I guess your prayers was the sole reason I somehow ended up solving my second copyright strike so thanks for the all support guys. I really appricate your feelings towards me and my channel. So please take good care on me too in the future too.
