Not only are both things really hard to come by in the Touhou arrange scene but they are together in this song. This is one of the biggest surprises I received during this Comiket. Poison body is one of the darkest songs ZUN has ever done; it fills me with despair and fear every time I listen to it, and I guess it makes sense to be that way since is the theme of Medicine, an abandoned doll turned Youkai that has acquired control over one of the dangerous things: Poison. She could easily spread disease, pain and death if she really wanted to.
