This morning I was opening a package for a Merzbow CD I had received (Japanoise that I've been getting into for the last few months) and had only woke up about 10 minutes before, and the room was quite dark. The knife slipped by accident, and plunged deep into my left thumb, so it was a deep cut. Strangely it didn't hurt that much, it felt like a pins-and-needles sort of feeling, with a huge rush of blood coming out. So yeah I had to go have it stitched up, (luckily I hadn't done any nerve/tendon damage) which I had to wait 4 hours for, so kinda wasted my day, and I can't use my left hand much for the next 2 weeks or so, but it was certainly an experience. Just thought I'd share that
