I know that TAM is not the unique violinist in whole Tokyo, nor in whole japan, and of course, he is not the unique in the world, but I seriously think he is one of the most talented humans I have ever heard of. Not only his Violin arranges are good. He also is a pianist! An he has the guts to say "Hey, I'm going to do a Violin arrange, but I need something on the background, I'll add my piano". And it actually sounds as if it were 2 different artist. Not only that, TAM also performs live, and he does it incredibly good! He is by any mean, the truth meaning of a "musician". Oh yeah, and he also saves every Youtube video containing his song (guess he doesn't mind we post his stuff). If you cried with this arrange, it's not a surprise, TAM can be called the "Tear Cloud" or something like that. It is not the first time that happens to me, and I really hope it's not the last.
