I figured that the metalheads in my subscriber base are probably somewhat overlooked. So here's Minami. IOSYS's been carving path into a new reputation with crew member minami, as he releases his second arranges album, all in full-lengthened instrumental/80s rock riff shredding action. At first I thought it was mere happenstance that we'd get infamously berated IOSYS producing this sort of sound but my doubts have cleared away with Faithful Star. As seems to be the rule here, minami's renditions are again very faithful (pertinent parlance!) to the originals, however showing off his prowess in what could be widely regarded as a Vinnie Moore act going on. At least, this is how it rubs me. He also reminds me a lot of Taka in Frozen Frog. So here's to a quick friendly juicy stroll across Minami's repertoire, hopefully enough to quench the shredding bloodlust of the touhou rock/metal guys in my channel!
