| Description | Holy shit, youtube gave me the ability to upload videos which are longer than 15 minutes in duration. From unofficial sources, I've heard that many people got this new feature. The unofficial limit is somewhere around 4 hours. In the past, directors were allowed to make longer videos, though the ability has long been gone. Youtube Partners have always been able to upload huge videos, though I'm not sure what youtube is planning by giving everyone this ability. I mean the whole reason the 10~15min limit was implemented and maintained was to prevent people from massively uploading TV shows. Or perhaps it's merely a psychological test of them to see what the users would do. Of course, no one is going to make a 4 hour video just for youtube, let stand watch it!
