I don't know about you, but I am. I've been wanting to extend Mystical Chain's soundtrack for ages. Only problem is that now I have to juggle this with the fan-made Phantasms on the main channel. ... I'm sure I can manage it. But holy hell, Mystical Chain might be a completely different type of Touhou based shooter, and I might be completely useless at it, but god damn it has an excellent sound track. For those who haven't heard it, you're sure to not be disappointed. For those who don't even know what Mystical Chain is, raak1010 has an awesome runthrough of it on his channel. The stages are boring as heck, but the bosses are pretty interesting, and overall it's nice to watch. The game centres around Gensokyo's three main magicians, Marisa Kirisame, Alice Margatroid and Patchouli Knowledge (sorry Byakuren, you were still sealed up at this point). You go on a little adventure with two of them, and then kick the shit out of the one you didn't choose at the end. Each character has pretty interesting abilities, but most people usually go for a Marisa+Alice/Patchouli combo. It's apparently most effective, but I have no idea why. But okay, let's get this started. Oh man this is gonna be awesome! |
